Join me on a path of prayer.
Today is your day trip.
Are you walking through this day in prayer?
You can’t pray yesterday, you can’t pray tomorrow.
Today is all you have!

Welcome!

I’m so glad you found me and my journey. You’re invited to join me as I wander the way of life and ponder the path of God. As I go, I’ll share some musings, ideas, prayers, and maybe some favorite family recipes! Together, we’ll look for the sacred in the daily journey.

“Ponder the path…” Proverbs 4:26a (ESV)

My Journey

Feel free to join me as I journey in a life of prayer. I’m not an expert on prayer! I just know that I need God and prayer is His means of meeting my need. And I’d like to share the path with you.
My Journey >>

Journeying in a Life of Prayer: Each one of our days is a small portion of life’s grand journey. God calls us to pray because He knows that we need Him; He uses prayer to connect with us through all the stages and seasons of life. One of the results of my own prayer journey is Prayer PathWay. It’s a guide to assist fellow sojourners. I use eternal biblical truth, timeless wisdom from sages, and practical tools centered around the acronym PRAYERS (Praise, Repent, Ask, Yield, Express Thanks, Rejoice, Shalom). There are forms and resources to help you create a personal prayer notebook to accompany you on your own path of prayer.

What others are saying:

Prayer PathWay is original in its conception and brilliantly structured — and it does just what it promises! This beautiful book rides on the vast sea of God’s Word and draws its life from its depths. There is nothing quite like Prayer PathWay.

R. Kent Hughes

Author, Disciplines of a Godly Man

Prayer PathWay is a peek into the lessons learned by a seasoned prayer-warrior. Laden with Scripture, this volume is inspirational, educational, and intensely practical. I highly commend this outstanding resource.

Sally Michael

Author, God's Names

Prayer is a profound privilege and yet such a mystery. Kathi will help you to learn to pray in such a way as to appreciate both. Her acrostic provides a helpful, insightful concept, and the historical quotes about prayer are a great addition to the book.

Susan Hunt

Author, Prayers of the Bible

Prayer PathWay will help you to organize your prayer life. Every Christian can benefit from the Scriptures the author has collected for each topic, as well as the suggestions of how to pray for others. There’s something here for just about every Christian.
